Our super worms (Zophobas Morio) are 1" - 2" and farm raised. They are a great feeder, high in moisture, calcium, protein, fat and fiber. Most fish, frogs, spiders, turtles, reptiles (bearded dragons, crested geckos, leopard geckos, and many chameleons, etc.), gliders, hedge hogs and even some wild birds enjoy them depending on the size of your pet.

MOST SUPER WORMS STORED IN THERE WORM FOOD WILL LAST 3 WEEKS TO A MONTH DEPENDING ON YOUR TEMPS(ROOM TEMP) AND FEEDING SCHEDULE AND YES YOU DO NEED TO BOTH CHANGE OLD FOOD OUT AND REPLACE WITH WORM FOOD AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK SO THEY ARE HEALTHY AND LIVE THE LONGEST.
